Dear Jin,

 

Sorry to hear about your problems with the region lock. I checked your order, and you have ordered these devices with US lock, so that's why the devices are locked in the North America region. When ordering, remember to mention if the device should be locked to Singapore region.

 

How to change the locked region on EXA31 and EXA51e devices:

  1. Start RFID Demo Android app and establish a connection between EXA and RFID Demo.

  2. Go to the Settings and tap footer until you see "Test Mode enabled" notification.

  3. Step back to the main menu and enter Test Mode.

  4. Click Unlock device region and type unlock code 103D2DBD

  5. Step back to the main menu and enter Settings. Then change the region from the RFID setting as desired.

  6. Step back to the main menu and enter Test Mode. Click Lock device region and type lock code 6210C761

Subject: Wrong Region Code for EXA31

 

Dear Sir,

 

We have received a batch of 10pcs of EXA31. The serial number ranges from K185000313 to K185000322.

Our customer has reported that the EXA31 is not properly configure to Singapore region and majority of them are still in North America region. Can you send us the unlock code so we can correct this mistake? Please make sure that in future, the region codes are set properly.
