Hi,

 

We have the attached guide available. It is made for Merlin, but Medea has the same settings. There are some instructions for setting up the wifi connection in the chapter 2. Hope it helps.

Hi Support,

 

Do you have SCU(Summit) user guide that I can use it to configure the WiFi on Medea? Our customer having some problem to set up. We tested and it’s working in our office but once he went back he unable to connect. He complaint the Commit button was disabled and nothing happen after that.
