Hi Jin,
Linux can be supported with the NUR console. The NUR console sample contains a simple, natively written (C/C++) application that can be run on various platforms. The overview of the libraries included here can be found in "nurcon/doc/NUR_console_overview.pdf".
Pre-built versions are for Win32, RasPi, BeagleBone, ARM linux (arm-linux-gnueabi-gcc) and (L)Ubuntu x86/x64: see the makefiles in "nurcon/" for a build quick start. Usually, only the correct link library name needs to be applied.
Some toolchains that can be directly used in Windows can be found here: http://gnutoolchains.com/download/. For various ARM board toolchains used in Linux you need to refer the installation procedures of your platform.
Basically, if you have written any native application for the NUR module or any reader (Sampo Stix, AR, …) utilizing the NUR module, it can be used pretty much as is. The main difference between implementations is the transport (serial, USB, USB-serial, Ethernet/TCP-IP).
