Hi Jin,
It seems that you have WinUSB version from the NUR driver instead of CDC.
Please, remove existing NUR driver from the Device Manager by selecting "Delete the driver software from this device" until the RFID reader is no longer recognised.
Then start NUR USB Setup.exe from the C:\Program Files (x86)\Nordic ID\RFID Demo directory and install CDC driver.
