Thank you for the screenshot. I don't know where or how you get that old device but the firmware is so old that the only way to update this device is to send it here to Finland for warranty service as the device firmware is under 2.0.

 

Please, fill the "Service Dispatch Form" that you can find the link:

Send the device with the service dispatch form to the address:

Finland

 

You will set "firmware update" for fault description.
