We have RTC and battery inside the device so it should work. And anyway it works at least once, and then they can check if date/time is correct after a reboot.

Thank for your email. Before I check with them I suspect the date/time not sync due to no internet access. It's true that the ntp not working in this kind of environment? As I know we need to have battery or real time clock so that the time will be persistent after reboot.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Unfortunately, we can not see anything from the logs.
Can you ask the customer to check current time from the device?
And then reschedule reboot for example 5 min after the current time.
And the watch the LEDs.
You can also detect uptime (when the device is rebooted) from the Uptime.

May I know is the Sampo S2 clock will persistent if the unit not connected to Internet? What is the suggest solution if the date/time need to be persistent in this kind of environment?
