Thanks, then it sounds a broken USB connector or cable. Have you tried what happens if you wave cable? And is there any difference if you put a USB hub in the middle?

Hi Support,
I've an experience the S1 USB connection always disconnect automatically after a certain period. May I know what the cause? Once encounter the issue I've to restart the PC. Then everything back to normal again.
Plug and unplug the physical connection before restart but still unable to reconnect.
