Hi Pankaj,
createSocket(127.0.0.1, 4333) -> 127.0.0.1 is localhost address so your not connecting to Sampo S1. Instead, you are knocking the port 4333 on your local environment.
Please remember to disconnect USB cable because otherwise socket connection is not allowed.

We are using SAMPO S1 RFID scanner, need to connect the device through java programme which is hosted in jboss server.
We are able to connect to the device via serial port in standalone java programme, Could you please provide technical support so that we can connect the device via TCP/IP socket transport.
