I need some details from one working device and from the non-working device so please, click the Start -> Programs -> NordicID -> Version -> Packets... and send the generated Packet_Report.htm file for me that you can find from both device root (\) folder.

Hi Support,
Can I check with you why the Medea unable to get IP address from router although the setting was correct? The authentication already given as well.
We have 8 units and only 1 unit has this issue. We did applying static IP address to the Medea and it's working fine. The WiFi connection can established. For your information the issue only happens when we set it to DHCP. Signal strength bar did show in Summit but the IP address info is BLANK. Another 7 unit do not have this issue and it were configured to use DHCP.
It's been happening for a while and we only reported it now.
