Hi Turo,
I'm using the Nordic ID keyboard wedge application. Downloaded the latest version from Nordic ID website. Therefore asking you regarding the behaviour I encounter during the scanning of tags and output to Notepad. The strange thing is it working well if I unplugged the barcode scanner. The manufacturer is Zebra/Symbols. No output if the barcode scanner plugged in.

Sampo does not support HID mode but luckily we have a keyboard wedge application that emulates keyboard:

Hi support,
I've a barcode scanner running and Nordic ID Sampo S1 running in the same PC. I'm using Keywedge application. The installation goes well and the connection status is connected. But I'm not able to read tags in notepad application. If I unplugged the barcode scanner the tags will input into the notepad application.
May I know it's a known issue or something new? I suspect the issue due to the barcode scanner.
I might switch to NurApi if the problem unable to resolved.
