Hi,
You can modify WiFi settings even you are out of the coverage or you're connected to the different network so I think this is the way to prevent no Internet connection dialog box prompt.

How to prevent the no Internet connection dialog box prompt. I notice it will cause the connection closed and I have to reconnect the WiFi again. This will be inconvenient since I need WiFi always on.

Here you go…
How to configure HH53 for static IP usage:
Configure the network connection as usual.
Long-press the established connection (1) and choose 'Modify network' (2).
Click 'Advanced options' (3).
Swipe up and you will find IP settings (4). Choose 'Static'.
Close the keyboard and swipe up. You will find the rest of the related settings (5).
