Subject: EXE51/31 HID RFID Output Issue
Hi Support,
We've tested with HID RFID mode with Android, iPad, Windows 10 and MacBook Pro.
We have issue with MacBook Pro. The RFID output become invalid. All the other devices return a valid RFID. Tested with another MacBook Pro return the same invalid RFID. We tested with EXA51 and EXA31 also return the same results.
We also have issue with iPad. Once paired the iPad keyboard no longer shown. Click on any text box but the iPad keyboard will not visible anymore.
