Then I'm quite sure that the installed firmware version is 2.1.8 while our 2.2.0 firmware contains the following fix:

 

  • Added 15ms delay between chars when sending using HID mode. (works better with IOS devices)

 

So please update all devices to the latest (2.2.2) version and with IOS devices we recommend using 2.2.2-L (Low Speed) version instead of 2.2.2-H (High Speed).

We don't have the unit with us. Not able to inform you on the firmware version. We received the unit in Feb 2018 from Nordic ID. It should have the latest firmware.

Hi Turo,

Regarding the mac issue, the problem happens not only to our old EXA51 but also the the new EXA51 and EXA31. My customer is not able to accept this type of differences or software bug that causes different ids. We spent many hours to figure out why. Can you please revert back to us as soon as possible on how to resolve this problem?

Seems that Mac Book Pro mixes the order and we have seen this kind issues with old FW so please send the device to the warranty service.
