Hi Jin,
Thank you for the test result. As you can see from the attached picture, you can not read tags reliably because the metal shelf blocks RFID signal. So do not use metal shelves if possible. Attach the tags vertically, and as close as possible to the spine of the book. Use tags based on the R6 chip because your tags are very close to each other. It’s also good to retune your antennas and enable AutoTune feature to improve reading performance. Note also that if you have a foil-coated paper on the book, then you have to use the on-metal tag.
